In 2020, my family suffered a great loss. I became consumed by grief, permanently changing my perspective on life as I knew it. In a desperate attempt to process my emotions, I created fictional characters and burdened them with my trauma, putting them through a series of challenges but providing them with the tools to overcome, so I could heal through their perseverance.
There is a certain hope that resides in what's untold. Forget about the fear and uncertainty.
